From Plymouth: Approach Modbury on the main road A379. As you pass the Palm Cross Housing Development take the next left at Palm Cross Green into Barracks Lane. Pass the School on your right and the school playing field. Ahead and to you left, is a the large wall of the old military barracks. With the wall on your left, follow it to it's very end, forking left as you go at Sheepham Cross. As you reach the end of the wall, turn right and head through the gate, pictured to the left here.
From Kingsbridge: Come through Modbury on the A379, climb the hill out of the Town Centre and at the top, turn right into Barracks Lane. Then as above. |
