To make a booking for either the field or the Pavilion, please first check the diary to ensure availability then simply click on the button and email us the broad details for your booking. We'll send you a booking form and a copy of our Terms & Conditions for making a booking.

Hire Rates
Individual functions/events (rates are from 1st April 2024, when an, on average, 10% price increase will be applied)
Field only £13 per hour, £22 per session, £35 all day
Changing Rooms & toilets only £8 per hour, £20 per session, £40 all day
Pavilion £13 per hour, £30 per session, £90 all day
Field and Pavilion £22 per hour, £50 per session, £120 all day
One-Off Football Pitch Usage £40 adult pitch, £25 junior pitch, £15 mini pitch
with Pavilion facilities £55 adult match, £45 junior match, £26 mini soccer match
Cricket Nets £1 per head (organised sessions)
One session broadly breaks down into the following time slots, 8am-1pm, 1pm-6pm and 6pm-midnight. A session is the
shortest available rental period.
MARS reserves the right, provided sufficient notice is provided, to book the Pavilion for concurrent events provided these events do not impact significantly on any of the concurrent activities.
